研究方向

       研究大方向:海洋营养功能性食品,研究具体方向:基于多不饱和脂肪酸的海洋功能性食品研发。


主要成果

       入选辽宁省百千万人才万人层次。获得辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖三等奖。承担国家重点研发计划项目子任务1项,国家自然科学基金项目1项,省市级项目4项。发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文19篇。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利10余项,授权3项。
